Rosé Sangria
Love a chilly glass of light rosé wine? Us too. And even better, you can turn it into this amazing Rosé Sangria with just a handful of ingredients.
This amazing cocktail is bursting with floral and fruity flavors, and it is so light and refreshing that it’s jumped to the top of our favorites list.
Ingredients:
- 1 Valencia orange
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 bottle rosé, chilled
- 80 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- ½ lemon, sliced into rounds
- Sparkling water, for serving
Method:
- Chop the orange into slices, leaving the skin on. Slice the strawberries. Add both to the bottom of a large pitcher or punch bowl, then sprinkle with caster sugar and stir. Allow standing for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After 20 minutes, pour in the rosé wine and Grand Marnier.
- Add the fresh mint and lemon rounds, then stir and refrigerate for 1 hour, or a maximum of 4 hours.
- Pour the sangria into ice-filled glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water (if desired).
- Add fruit to each glass, preferably on long skewers for easy snacking.
Classic Margarita
The pinnacle of spring and summertime drinking, a truly magnificent Margarita is one that is made correctly with a hefty dose of Cointreau and fresh lime juice.
From the salty rim of the glass to the sourness of the lime and the bitterness of the tequila, few things in life rival this amazing concoction that was originally created by Dallas socialite Margarita Sames.
Ingredients:
- 120ml tequila
- 60ml Cointreau
- 60ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Coarse sea salt
- Lime peel, for the glasses
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker or large measuring cup partway with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir or shake until thoroughly chilled.
- Spread the coarse sea salt on a plate. Rub the rims of 2 rocks glasses with the lime peel. Dip the rims into the salt.
- Fill the glasses with ice and pour in the margarita. Garnish each margarita with a lime wedge and enjoy!
Aperol Spritz

- 360ml Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
- 240ml Aperol, chilled
- 120ml soda water
- Ice cubes, for serving

- Add the Prosecco to a pitcher, fill it with ice cubes, and stir. Top with the Aperol and soda water.
- Throw in some orange wedges and stir gently, then serve — optional.

- 150ml aged rum
- 60ml cream of coconut (not coconut cream)
- 120ml pineapple juice
- 30ml lime juice
- Cocktail cherries, for garnish
Method:
- In a high-speed blender, blend pineapple and ice until chunky.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Be careful not to blend for too long, as the friction from your blender’s blades may warm up your drink.
- Serve garnished with a cocktail cherry and fancy drink umbrellas, just because you can. Enjoy!
