- Repeat the process with the white chocolate chips.

Assemble the Cookies:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly over the baking sheet.
- Top the dark chocolate with the crushed peppermint candies.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the peppermint candies.

- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to set for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once set, break the chocolate into pieces.
Tips:
- For a more festive look, use different colored sprinkles or candy decorations.
