    Day 10: Ten Lords-a-Leaping (Peppermint Bark Cookies with Dark and White Chocolate)

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies

    Instructions:

    1. Melt the Chocolate:

      • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short intervals and stirring in between.
      • Repeat the process with the white chocolate chips.
    2. Assemble the Cookies:

      • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
      • Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly over the baking sheet.
      • Top the dark chocolate with the crushed peppermint candies.
      • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the peppermint candies.
    3. Let Set:

      • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to set for about 15-20 minutes.
      • Once set, break the chocolate into pieces.

    Tips:

    • For a more festive look, use different colored sprinkles or candy decorations.
    • You can also add other flavors to your peppermint bark, such as nuts or dried fruit.
