Easy Meatballs in Air Fryer Ingredients

- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 fat cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup of Italian seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- 1½ cup of Marinara Sauce (or any tomato based sauce of choice)
How to Make Meatballs in the Ninja Foodi
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, an egg and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Using a 2 inch ice-cream scoop, shape the mixture into 15 meatballs.
Place about 7 or 8 meatballs in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer. Lightly brush or spray the meatballs with oil.
How Long do I cook Meatballs in the Air Fryer for?
Air fry at 390 F for 8 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining meatballs.
While the meatballs are cooking, heat up the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
Toss the air-fried meatballs in the warm marinara.
Serve hot with a side of your favorite bread or over cooked spaghetti, or steamed rice, or zoodles (for a low carb option).
Ninja Foodi Meatball Recipe Notes
If planning to serve as an appetizer, do not toss the air fried meatballs in the marinara. Instead serve the warmed marinara as a side, for dipping.

Cooking time is listed as half of what you need. After 8 minutes meatballs were still raw.

Wow, the only reason I could think that the Air Fryer Meatballs wouldn't be done is because every air fryer cooks differently. But other than that, I'm not sure why.
