My sister has tried repeatedly to make homemade french fries. And failed repeatedly, lol. So she kept telling me to write it down for her so she could make them successfully.
My mom was an awesome (Polish) cook. However, she never taught us how to cook. (or sew or do laundry or pretty much any other household thing.) I guess she had her reasons.

Air Fryer French Fries Ingredients
- Russet potatoes
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning salt (Lawry’s)
- Salt

How to Make Homemade Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Slice the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl. Cover the potatoes with water and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse the potatoes, then return them to the bowl.
Toss the potatoes with vegetable oil, seasoning salt, and salt.
Spread half the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, tossing halfway through the cook time. Repeat the cooking process for the second half of the wedges.
