Air Fryer Turkey Mushroom Patties
This healthy Turkey Burger recipe is perfect for lunch and is my favorite ground turkey recipe for air fryer.
Many people don't realize that you can cook turkey burgers in air fryer but it really is super easy.
Serves – 4
Air Fryer Turkey Mushroom Patties Ingredients
- Ground Turkey
- Mushrooms (wither or brown)
- Small Onion, finely chopped
- Garlic, finely minced
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Worcestershire Sauce
- grainy Mustard
- Italian seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

How to Air Fry Ground Turkey
Clean, dry and trim the stems of the mushrooms. Pulse process them in the food processor till they are look like chunky puree.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, bread crumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Form each portions in to a flat patty.
Chill the prepared patty for 15 to 30 minutes.
Place 4 patties in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer. Lightly brush or spray the meatballs with oil.
Air fry at 330 F for 10 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining patties.
Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Or stuffed inside a burger bun.
Notes
These Turkey patties are little delicate when raw Chilling it for some time, makes it easier to handle.
Also, it lets the flavors and spices to mingle well with the meat, making juicy and flavorful patties.

- 1 tablespoon of fat leaved Parsley, finely chopped
- Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- A heaping teaspoon of grainy Mustard
- ¼ cup of Italian seasoned Breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
