Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon
I love a meal that is full of flavor, easy to put together and doesn't take a long time to cook. The Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon is THAT meal!
The sweet and spicy sauce on this baked melt in your mouth chicken is delicious.

Makes 4 servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Bacon Chicken Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise to make 4 cutlets
- Honey mustard sauce
- Teriyaki sauce
- Hot sauce
- Bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- For exact amounts, please see recipe card below.
How to Make Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk
together the honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauces until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken.
Top the chicken with chopped bacon.

Cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Then turn on the broiler and cook for three to five minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the bacon is crispy.

Enjoy!

Notes:
Always cook chicken to temperature, not by time. Internal starting temperatures can vary widely, which can affect the total cooking time quite a bit.
Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat to make sure your dish has reached at least 165 degrees F.
