Bacon Chicken Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise to make 4 cutlets
- Honey mustard sauce
- Teriyaki sauce
- Hot sauce
- Bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper

How to Make Honey Mustard Chicken with Bacon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauces until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken.
Top the chicken with chopped bacon.
Cook in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Then turn on the broiler and cook for three to five minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the bacon is crispy.

Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat to make sure your dish has reached at least 165 degrees F.
