Red White and Blue Poke Cake Patriotic Cupcakes

Memorial Day is upon us shortly and that only means one thing…the start of summer. I look forward to the holiday weekend every year.

It used to be tradition for us as an entire family (I’m talking 10 separate families) to go camping every year together.

We would pack up our tents and head out for the weekend. I’m talking 45 years here. That’s a long time!

Then we moved up to cabins (with no facilities of course) and we still had a blast.

Now, we go glamping, lol. But no matter how you do it or what you do, the Red, White, and Blue Poke Cake Patriotic Cupcakes are perfect for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
