How to Make ENCANTO Cupcakes
In a medium-size saucepan, add your sugar, water, light corn syrup, green food coloring, and cream of tartar. Mix using a whisk.
Bring your ingredients to a boil while making sure to whisk continually.
Continue to whisk and boil until you reach the temperature of 275°.
Once it has reached optimal temperature, pour your contacts onto a small to medium size cookie sheet.
You will want it to be the same height and thinness, so using the back of a spoon or a heat-safe spatula, level out your candy.
Allow the candy to cool on your cookie sheet for at least two hours.
While your candy is cooling, prepare your frosting. Add 12 drops of green food coloring to your frosting. You can add more or less depending on your preference.
Mix well together. Add to your piping bag your piping tip, and then your frosting. Cut the tip of your piping bag allow the tip to fall into the hole and push your frosting down.
Pipe your cupcake.
If you choose to add your brown sugar to represent the sand, sprinkle that on now.
Once the two hours are up, and your glass candy is ready, break the glass using the back of a spoon.
Continue to break until you reached your desired size for each shard of glass.
Stick 3 to 5 pieces of glass to top your cupcake.
Enjoy!

About ENCANTO
The Madrigal family has an amazing story that you just have to experience. Living in a charmed house with magic around every corner.
The detail in this movie is INCREDIBLE, the animals are detailed and it really looks like they took their time with making sure every inch of animation had been scanned to make sure there weren’t any misspellings or mistakes.
I think that one thing people will enjoy about We Don't Talk About Bruno even more than before maybe how much love went into creating such an intricate story for both humans AND animals alike - something most movies these days lack completely (unless it's aimed towards children).
The songs in this movie were all very catchy and each voice actor singing them made it even better. My favorite song was ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno,’ because the animation looked amazing as well!
Mirabel's dress is so detailed and has such cute designs on it. I don't know if anybody really paid attention to the shadows of Mirabel's glasses when she moves her face, but they moved well enough for a whole star itself out this rating!
The Animals
The donkeys are definitely my favorite part of this movie. They provide an overall sense of humor and cuteness that just can't be matched by any other animal or character in the film!
Plus their fur looks so real, it's almost like Zootopia all over again with its detailed textures on skin/hair. They were having fun dancing with Luisa while they showcased how adorable these pudgy little guys really seemed at first glance.
Camilo is my favorite character because he’s so funny and I loved the way he called for Mirabel in a high-pitched voice.
One of their lines that stood out to me was when Camilo said, “Okay so we talking about Bruno? You know what they say- For Real!" It made sense but it also had this cute quality. Bruno's voice fits him perfectly too.
The Encanto movie is a must-watch for all family members, it will make your heart soar and have you in stitches.
The storyline has been done beautifully with an amazing cast of characters that any child or adult could enjoy!
We recommend watching something as entertaining yet informative from the comfort of your own home on Disney+. We must have watched it 25 times already with my grandkids. 😂
Watch Encanto and enjoy the "We Don’t Talk About Bruno" cupcakes at the same time.
