We love these in our house because they are delicious warm out of the oven, but also taste great cold later on.

They’re perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Cook time: 35 minutes

Apple Pie Bars Ingredients:

  • Butter softened
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • 1Flour
  • Salt
  • Apple pie filling

For the Streusel Topping:

  • Brown sugar
  • Flour
  • Butter, cubed

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper, making sure the edges of the paper hang over the edges of the pan.

Beat together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
