These Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls are a quick and easy dessert idea that uses canned apple pie filling. We have also included directions for Baking and Deep Frying. So if you don't have a Ninja Foodi or Air Fryer, we got you covered.
Makes 8 egg rolls

Bake time: 15 minutes
Apple Egg Rolls Ingredients:
- Apple pie filling
- Egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil
- Sugar
- Cinnamon

How to Air Fry Apple Pie Egg Rolls
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Turn the egg roll wrapper sideways, with one corner pointing down. Place a small amount of apple pie filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Pull the bottom corner of the wrapper over the top of the apple pie filling. Fold in each side corner toward the center of the wrapper.
Roll the center of the egg roll up toward the top corner. Wet a finger and rub it on the top corner, then fold it over to seal.
Place each egg roll on the prepared baking sheet, then brush the tops of the egg rolls lightly with vegetable oil. You can also just spritz with oil if you prefer.
Place in a single layer in air fryer basket.
Air Fry at 360° for approximately 6 minutes. Flip for about 2-3 minutes until desired brownness.
Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the egg rolls before serving.

Place each egg roll on the prepared baking sheet, then brush the tops of the egg rolls with vegetable oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, flipping the egg rolls hallway through the cook time.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.

Fry until brown and crispy, then grab with tongs and do the same to the other side.
Place on a paper towel lined plate to absorb the excess oil.
Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the egg rolls before serving.
