Air Fryer Cinnamon Guts Recipe
Halloween is almost here and it's starting to show in the stores. When I think of Halloween, I think of Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, and the Sanderson sisters.
Don't let all of this spooky fun only take place at night! You could start your kids' day with an easy meal like this one before they head off into town or spend some quality bonding moments making memories.
Now if you aren't familiar with these people, then you must live under a rock. Friday the 13th, Freddy Krueger, and Hocus Pocus are all famous Halloween movies.
Each one has had multiple sequels except for Hocus Pocus which is coming out shortly.
With that said, the Halloween Bloody Intestines Cinnamon Rolls recipe might be a little bit gross looking...but that's what Halloween is all about!
These ghoulish treats are perfect for serving up at your next Halloween party, or anytime you want to gross out your guests.
And they make for a bloody good Halloween party. (see what I did there, lol!)

How to Make Bloody Intestines Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Remove buns from the can. Set aside the frosting.
If buns are rolled, unravel each bun and stretch it out into a strip. If stamped, use a paring knife to cut through the bun along the stamp to “unravel” the bun. Stretch out into a strip.
note: some canned cinnamon rolls have stamped rolls and others have rolled buns. Either is fine
Spray the air fryer basket with oil and coil each strip to resemble an intestinal path pinching together the ends. The cinnamon roll will expand so the space between the coils is ok.
Cook at 300°f for 10 minutes.
While cooking, mix the red food dye into the frosting until a deep rich red color emerges. Depending on the type of dye you will use more or less.
Microwave the frosting for 15-20 seconds to thin out the frosting, this will make the simulated blood better.
Remove the cooked cinnamon roll gently. If you have a basket with a removable tray, remove the tray and slide the roll-off.
If not, you can divide the roll into sections and piece it back together on a plate for presentation.
Pour the frosting over the roll and enjoy.
