Cajun Marinated Chicken Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Cajun seasoning
- Brown sugar
- Chicken, any cut

How to Make a Chicken Marinade
Whisk together all the ingredients until combined.
Place the chicken in a bag and pour the mixture over the top. Seal the bag, then squeeze the contents between your hands to coat the chicken in the marinade.
Put the bag in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour or up to overnight.
Cook the chicken as desired – grilled, baked, or sautéed. Discard any remaining marinade.
How to Make Cajun Chicken
Place four chicken cutlets in the bag with the marinade and chill for at least one hour.
When ready to cook, add one tablespoon olive oil to a skillet and cook over medium heat.
Place the chicken in the pan and cook for five minutes. Flip each filet and cook for an additional five minutes.
Serve immediately.
