Creamy Classic Coquito Recipe
There are certain foods and beverages that we only serve during the Christmas season. One of our most favorite holiday drinks is the Creamy Classic Coquito. Some call it a Coconut Rum Drink while others call it Puerto Rican Eggnog or coconut punch.
However, whatever you call it, you still get the same old Puerto Rican beverage that we all know and love. A creamy, sweet drink that's perfect for the upcoming holiday.
Classic Coquito Recipe Ingredients:
- Pinch of salt
- Cloves
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Coconut flavored Bacardi, Coconut cream, & Coconut milk
- Evaporated milk
- Condensed milk
- Anise stars
- Water

How to Make a Coconut Rum Drink
In a small pot, add water and anise. Gently boil for 2-3 minutes. Let cool completely, remove anise seeds from water.
In a blender, add all of the ingredients, minus the Bacardi. (Depending on size of the blender, you may have to do this in batches.)
Add mixture to a pitcher. Add in Bacardi, and with a large spoon, mix. Refrigerate for at least an hour or two before serving.

- 15 oz of coconut cream
- 13.5 oz of coconut milk
- 12 oz of evaporated milk
- 14 oz of condensed milk
- 2 anise stars
- 1 ½ cups of water
Instructions
