Shark Bite Cocktail and Mocktail Recipes
Shark week is here whether you like it or not. If you aren't a fan of sharks (and I'm pretty sure many people aren't) you can celebrate with a Shark Bite Cocktail or Mocktail recipe.
And you don't even have to watch any shark movies on TV either. 😂 Pair with the Shark Week Jello Shots.
Both of these are easy to make but I think the mocktail with the red food coloring came out better looking than the cocktail with the grenadine.
However, they both tasted awesome! (and the kids were happy too!) I used mason jars for the glasses but you can use any kind of cup or glasses you have.
Shark Week Cocktail and Mocktail Ingredients
Cocktail
- Coconut Rum
- Blue Curacao
- V8 Splash Pineapple Coconut Juice
- Grenadine
- Sprite (optional)
- Ice
- Gummy Sharks
Mocktail
- V8 Splash Pineapple Coconut Juice
- Ice
- Blue Curacao alcohol free liqueur (can be found in the mixed drink section of the supermarket by the grenadine or liquor store!)
- Sprite (optional)
- Gummy Sharks
- Red Food Coloring

How to Make a Shark Bite Cocktail and Mocktail
Cocktail
Add ice to glass.
Pour in Coconut Rum.
Add Blue Curacao.
Mix in V8 Splash Coconut Pineapple Juice.
Top with Sprite if you would like.
Drop in a gummy shark on top of the ice.
Pour in a splash of grenadine.
Add a straw and enjoy!
Mocktail
Combine V8 Splash and Blue Curacao alcohol free liqueur in a glass filled with ice.
Top with sprite if desired.
Drop in a gummy shark on top of ice.
Add a couple drops of red food coloring near the gummy shark's mouth.
Add a straw and enjoy!
