How to Make Marshmallow Stuffed Brownies
Bake brownies according to package. Let Cool
Take a fork and break apart brownies so they are large crumbles.
Now, take about a tablespoon or so and mold around a marshmallow. Form it into a ball. Make sure the marshmallow is not peeking through. Continue to do this until all your brownie mixture is gone.
Then take your chocolate discs and put in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to do this until discs are all melted.
Take one brownie ball and dip in chocolate, make sure to get a nice even coat. Lay on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet
. Once all brownie balls are dipped, let dry for about 5-8 minutes.
In separate bowls microwave the red & green chocolate..the same way you did the milk chocolate discs.
Add each melted color to the corner of a baggie. Snip the corner just a little of each baggie (this will be your piping bag).
Now, in a side to side motion pipe on the red chocolate then pipe on the green.
Let dry for about 5-8 minutes.
Then they’re ready to serve! 1 Brownie Mix makes about 18-20 bites.
Enjoy!
