One of my favorite seafood dishes is a seafood boil. A seafood boil is a dish that typically includes crab, shrimp, and lobster.
The ingredients are pressure cooked to perfection. The seafood boil is a great dish to make for a party or potluck.
The seafood boil can be made in a pressure cooker or in a pot on the stove.
Serve with imitation crab cakes for a complete seafood meal.
If you are using a pressure cooker, the seafood will cook in a short amount of time and the ingredients will soak up a lot of flavors.
If you are using a pot on the stove, the seafood will take longer to cook but it will still be delicious.
This one-pot meal is loaded with perfectly cooked potatoes, corn, and crab, then doused in seasoned butter.
It's a wonderfully spicy seafood feast that can be made in just 5 minutes!
And cleanup is a breeze thanks to the pressure cooker.
So whether you're looking for an easy weeknight meal or a fun seafood dinner party recipe, this Instant Pot crab boil is sure to please!
