Tender shredded pork is smothered in a sweet and savory BBQ sauce, piled into a corn tortilla. These Street Tacos are a combination of flavorful, juicy AND crispiness.

Pulled Pork Street Tacos Ingredients
- Leftover shredded pork
- Mini corn tortillas (Mission Street Taco tortillas), heated
- Shredded queso quesadilla cheese
- Shredded lettuce

How to Make Shredded Pork Tacos
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the shredded pork in an even layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for five to 10 minutes, until warmed and slightly crispy.
Place the taco shells in a taco holder.
Build the tacos in the street taco shells by layering pork, cheese, and lettuce inside each shell.
