Air Fryer Taco Ranch Chicken Wings with Oven Option

Summer is approaching quickly for most and now is the time to start thinking of easy meals that aren't going to heat up the house. Or in our case...the rv. It's already in the 80's here in Florida (I know you're jealous) and the air conditioners are cranking. In addition, we are trying to use our Air Fryer, Instant Pot and Ninja Foodie as much as we can. Therefore, not only are these time saving machines, they also make meal preparing super easy.

Mexican Wings Ingredients:

Chicken wings
Olive oil
Taco seasoning
Ranch seasoning
Cilantro

Air Fried Taco Ranch Wings Directions

Preheat air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl add in wings and oil. Gently coat wings with oil.
Add in taco and ranch seasonings, toss wings to coat.

Place single layer in preheated air fryer.

Time for 15 minutes. Flip for another 15 minutes or until cooked and desired level of crispiness.. (leave in for 20 each side if frozen).
Top with cilantro if desired.
Finally, enjoy with Blue Cheese, Ranch, Hot sauce or your favorite chicken wing sauce.

Taco Wings in the Oven Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl add in wings and oil. Gently coat wings with oil.
Add in taco and ranch seasonings, toss wings to coat.
Add chicken to a pan, bake for 45 minutes or until cooked and desired level of crispiness.
Garnish with ranch dressing and cilantro, if desired.
