Gluten Free Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken Recipe with Air Fryer Option

#NationalGlutenFreeDay is January 13th. And while we missed it by a couple of months, the Gluten Free Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken recipe is good at anytime of the year. Better than buying a rotisserie chicken at the store because you know what it’s made with. Plus, you don’t have to run out to get it. The best part is that you can make it in an air fryer to cut down on time if you want.

Bundt Pan Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Ingredients

  • Whole Chicken
  • Potatoes , roughly chopped
  • Onions, Peeled And Quartered
  • Lemon quartered
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Foil


How to Make a 6 lb Chicken in Bundt Pan

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Cover the opening in the bundt pan with foil.

Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray.

Add your potatoes on the bottom of the bundt pan.

Now add your onions.

Lightly coat your chicken with olive oil so the seasoning will stick.

Spread your cajun spice under/over the skin of the entire chicken.

Stuff the inside of your chicken with quartered lemons to create moist chicken.

Place the cavity of the chicken over the center “post” of the bundt pan (legs down, wings up.) Tuck wings under to prevent burning.

Place bundt pan on top of a baking sheet to catch any drippings.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Increase the temperature of your oven to 450°.

Put the chicken back in for 5 minutes to get a nice crispy skin.

How to Make an Air Fryer Roasted Chicken

Lightly coat chicken with olive oil. 

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

Preheat air fryer or ninja foodi to 380°.

Place chicken in air fryer with breast side down. Set the timer for 30 minutes.

Flip and set timer for another 30 minutes.

Check internal temperature with a thermometer to be sure it’s 165°.

Serve with your choice of Ninja Foodi recipes sides, Instant Pot Potato Salad, Air Fryer Mashed Potato Cakes, Maple Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, or the Hasselback Potatoes recipe
