Whenever we get invited somewhere, I always dread what kind of food is going to be served. We aren't fans of eating at other people's houses, lol.
Which is why I like to bring a dish so I know what's in it and we won't have to starve. The Bacon Wrapped Pickles recipe is a great appetizer which is easy to make.These three ingredient appetizers are a simple low carb, gluten free snack for any party.

Bacon Pickle Ingredients
- Pickle spears
- Cream cheese, room temperature
- Fully cooked bacon (I use Hormel Black Label Bacon pre-cooked)

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Pickles
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Use a spoon to remove the seeds from the center of each pickle spear. Cut each spear into quarters and use a paper towel to dry the top of each piece.
Top each pickle piece with cream cheese.
Cut each piece of bacon in half and wrap one half around each pickle piece. Secure the bacon on place with a toothpick.
Place the pickles on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
Serve immediately.
