I can't believe that Saturday is the last day of July already. It seems like summer just started. So I figured I'd better get the rest of my summer drinks and desserts posted. 😂
This frozen Bahama Mama Slush has a recipe for a mocktail and a cocktail. It's perfect for your end of summer parties and get togethers.
I've seen some posting Halloween recipes, Pumpkin recipes and fall items already. And school hasn't even started yet! (So you might need this Bahama Mama Slush Cocktail, lol!)
I guess I did just put up my Holiday Gift Guide, lol. I guess when you really stop and think about it, it's only 3 months until Halloween, 4 months till Thanksgiving, and 5 months until Christmas and New Year. Yikes! 😳
Makes 6 drinks
Prep time: 10 minutes
Mocktail Ingredients
- 12-ounce container of each; frozen orange juice & frozen pineapple juice
- 17-ounce can coconut water
- Teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cups ice
- 6 ounces grenadine
- Pineapple slices and cherries for garnish, optional
Ingredients for the Cocktail
- Frozen orange juice
- Frozen pineapple juice
- Coconut water or 2 cups plain water
- White rum
- Coconut rum
- Ice
- Grenadine
- Pineapple slices and cherries for garnish, optional

How to Make a Frozen Bahama Mama
Add all the ingredients except the ice and grenadine to the pitcher of a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the ice and blend again until the ice is fully crushed.
Pour the mixture into glasses, then drizzle one ounce of grenadine on the side of each glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry before serving.

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the ice and grenadine to the pitcher of a blender.
