Birdwatching with Bushnell Binoculars

I have been wanting a good pair of binoculars for quite some time. My problem was that I know nothing about them. I decided to research them, but that only left me more confused.

So when Bushnell asked if I would like to pick a set for our Holiday Gift Guide and review them, I said sure. But I also let him know that I knew nothing about Binoculars so he would have to choose a pair that he thought would be the best for a beginner.

They sent the Bushnell Powerview 2 10x42mm and I couldn't be happier with them. Being a full time RVer, there is always something that I would like to see up close.

Take for instance the Space Rocket 🚀. We are in Florida for winter (yes, we are snowbirds) and just this month alone, there are five rockets going up.

And while I have seen quite a few, it never gets old. However, we are in Central Florida and while we can see them pretty good, there is nothing like seeing them up close with the help of binoculars.

And all I can say is that the binoculars make the rocket launch look more amazing! Imagine what they do for birdwatching!
