Just scoop a spoonful or two into a soft taco shell and everyone will be happy. You can also substitute chicken in place of the ground beef for a Chicken Dip.Enchilada Ingredients
- Ground Beef, cooked and crumbled
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Whipped Cream Cheese
- Red Enchilada Sauce
- Onion, Chopped
- Optional toppings—lettuce, sour cream, green onions

How to Make a Cheesy Enchilada Dip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ground beef, onion, and enchilada sauce in a bowl
and pour into an 8 X 11 Pan
.
Spread the cream cheese around on top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and toppings.
