Instant Pot Chicken Dip Buffalo Style
The Instant Pot Chicken Wing Dip is super easy to make and perfect for those upcoming game day parties. If you like quick and easy recipes that are spicy, you'll love this Instant Pot Buffalo chicken dip.
It's super cheesy, easy and has that real Buffalo wing taste! You can use either an Instant Pot or a Ninja Foodie. I've used both.

Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (I've seen people use any of their favorite Buffalo Wing sauce, however, Frank's is what we use at the Restaurant.)
- ¼ cup water
- 4 oz cream cheese (half a container)
- 4 oz blue cheese dressing, (or ranch if you prefer, however, it is optional)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped, optional
- ½ to 1 cup shredded cheese, optional
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Ranch (or Blue Cheese)
Place the buffalo chicken sauce, water and chicken in your Instant Pot or Ninja Foodie and set to manual for 7 minutes. Natural release and then shred the chicken using two forks.
Stir in the cheese and dressing, if using.
Scoop the buffalo chicken wing dip into your serving dish and serve with chips or veggies for dipping.
Can this be made with Canned Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken?
Can Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip be made in Oven?
Absolutely! Instead of making it in the Instant Pot, it can be made in the oven with canned chicken or rotisserie chicken. Just omit the water. Layer the cream cheese, chicken, blue cheese (or ranch if you prefer) Frank's hot sauce, and cheese in an oven safe dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350º. Super simple.
Serve with celery, carrots and crackers.
The advantage of making it in the instant pot is that you aren't heating up the house with the oven. Or if you are like me full timing in an rv and don't have an oven. lol
