Copycat Cheesecake Factory Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe
Our son gave us a gift card for Christmas for the Cheesecake Factory. I hate to admit it but it’s the first time we ever ate there! I know, I lead a sheltered life, lol. Anyway, we have been eating their regularly and my new favorite is the Chinese Chicken Salad with the Wildtree Plum Dressing. And since we are currently sheltering in place in our RV and can’t there, we had to create a copycat Cheesecake Factory Chinese Chicken Salad recipe so we could enjoy it at home.
Chinese Chicken Salad with Mandarin Oranges Ingredients:
- Iceberg lettuce, cored and chopped
- Romaine lettuce, cored and chopped
- Red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- Bean sprouts
- Green onions, chopped
- Rotisserie chicken, skinned and cubed
- Wildtree Plum dressing
- Mandarin oranges
- Crispy rice noodles
- Won ton strips
- Slivered almonds
- Sesame seeds
- Snow peas
, sliced
How to Make Copycat Cheesecake Factory Chicken Salad
1. Combine the lettuce, cabbage, chicken, bean sprouts, ½ of the green onions, almonds, sesame seeds, and crispy wonton strips.
2. Pour the dressing on top and toss. Top with the remaining green onions, almonds, sesame seeds and wonton strips.
3. Divide onto individual plates and garnish with mandarin oranges, snow pea slices, and crispy rice noodles.

Make your own copycat Cheesecake Factory Chinese chicken salad with the Wildtree Plum Dressing at home with this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce head, cored and chopped
- Romaine lettuce head, cored and chopped
- Red cabbage, ½ head cored and thinly sliced

- Small bunch of green onions, chopped

- Can of mandarin oranges
- Package of crispy rice noodles
- 1 package of crispy won ton strips
- Small bag of slivered almonds
- 2 TBSP sesame seeds
- ¼ C snow peas, sliced
Instructions
- Combine the lettuce, cabbage, chicken, bean sprouts, ½ of the green onions, almonds, sesame seeds, and crispy wonton strips.
- Pour the dressing on top and toss. Top with the remaining green onions, almonds, sesame seeds and wonton strips.
