Who is The Grinch
Mr. Grinch has been seen outside your house. He's big, green, and he smells like bad eggs.
He's leaving cookies on the doorsteps of unsuspecting people with a note that says "I'm sorry I couldn't take these away."
You might be wondering what kind of cookies are these? They're not Christmas Cookies; they're Grinch Cookies!
For the past few weeks, I've been baking up batches of these Grinch Cookies. You know that green thing that shows up every year on your doorstep?
And it's not just because he's so cute (although there is something about those beady little eyes...) It's because they are SO delicious!
The holidays are definitely my favorite time of year. I love the decorations, the Christmas music, and all of the delicious food!
This recipe is perfect for this time of year because it's festive and sweet.

Add the egg and vanilla and beat to combine.
Next, add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
