Instant Pot Chicken Soup Recipe WW Points 1/1/2
After searching for a good Instant Pot Chicken Soup recipe, I realized that most of them called for you to sauté the onions, celery, and carrots. What I couldn't figure out was why?
My most used appliance in the RV is my Ninja Foodi. I could not live without it. I use it for everything. To be honest, I haven't used my stove in like forever.
The whole point of the pressure cooker is to make making a meal easier without all the prep work. So I decided that I would make an Instant Pot Chicken Soup recipe without that additional step to see how it would come out.And you know what? It came out as expected! PERFECT! And it's only 1 WW Points on Blue and Purple, 2 WW Points on Green, and very filling.
Normally, I make chicken soup in the Ninja Slow Cooker. I set it in the morning and it cooks all day for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Which isn't a big deal. I don't mind doing it that way.
However, sometimes I get a late start because I like to sleep in and it isn't ready in time for dinner. (Like today!😂) So, here is our super easy, ready in 60 minutes, Instant Pot Chicken Soup recipe.
Did You Know
It’s been scientifically proven that chicken noodle soup can help relief cold symptoms? It’s true. Not only can it help break up nasal congestion, but it can also help relieve a sore throat.
In the height of cold and flu season (which isn't really happening this year!), why not consider trying your hand at making chicken noodle soup? It's been pretty cold here this year in Florida, so the chicken soup is perfect!
Once you try your hand at making homemade chicken noodle soup in the Instant Pot, you’ll never go back to canned or making it any other way. Make large batches and freeze for later. Whenever you feel a cold coming on, thaw out some of your homemade soup and enjoy some tasty relief.

Add them to the Ninja Foodi. And you can use a regular Instant Pot if you prefer.
Pour in your Chicken Broth.
Place your Chicken Breasts in the pot.
Sprinkle in all your spices.
Mix together and make sure there is liquid on the bottom so you don't get the dreaded "burn" notice.
Place Pressure Cooker on top and lock in place. Make sure vent is in the sealed position.
Turn on pressure cook on high for 25 minutes.
It will take approximately 22 minutes to come to pressure.
Once the 25 minutes is done, natural release for 15 minutes.
