S'Mores Donut Recipe

In honor of National Donut Day, we are celebrating with a yummy S'Mores Donut recipe. Chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers in a donut? Yes please! Since there are still a lot of campground closings that are not allowing camping and we aren't able to get our s'mores fix, these should do the job and fill the void. Want something quicker? Makes 12 donuts

Baked Donut Recipe Ingredients

Flour
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Baking powder
Salt
Greek yogurt
Milk
Sugar
Egg
Vegetable oil
Vanilla

S'Mores Donuts Glaze Ingredients

Butter, room temperature
Marshmallow crème
Powdered sugar
Milk
Salt

Ingredients for Toppings

Graham cracker crumbs
Chocolate

How to Make the Baked Donuts Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare donut pans by greasing with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, milk, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spoon the mixture into the donut pans until each donut cup is ⅔ of the way full of batter.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire cooling rack.

Instructions for the Glaze:

Combine butter, marshmallow crème, powdered sugar, milk, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk until a glaze forms.

Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and top with graham cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted chocolate.

Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
