What Makes a Brownie Moist
I've come to find that just like heavy cream makes our Oreo Milkshake without Ice Cream thick, using milk instead of water makes them yummier, and gooey because of the fat content.
The chocolate chips we are adding in this recipe also make them chocolatey and fudgy Oreo brownies.
Coffee is another way to add more flavor to brownies. It does not make them taste like coffee, but it gives them a mocha flavor to them.
