Strawberry Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Strawberries are still in season here in Florida, so we are making the most of it. Our Strawberry Shortcake Dip recipe is perfect for your Memorial Day or July 4th get together. It's easy to make and who's not going to love a Strawberry Cheesecake Dip? Serve with pretzels, pound cake, whole strawberries, graham crackers, or whatever you are in the mood for. Strawberry Cream Cheese Appetizer Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries - cleaned, hulled and diced
- Granulated sugar, divided
- Lemon zest
- Vanilla extract
- Cream cheese - softened
- Strawberry Greek yogurt (I used Chobani brand)
- Cool Whip whipped topping
- Optional - 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped mint leaves
How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip for Pretzels and more
1. Add the diced strawberries, ¼ cup sugar, lemon zest and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Gently toss to coat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, yogurt, whipped topping and ¼ cup sugar. With an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of your serving plate. Layer the chilled strawberries on top. Optional - garnish with a sprinkling of fresh chopped mint.
4. Serve with fresh poundcake cubes, angel food cake squares or shortcake pieces.

- 8 oz brick cream cheese - softened
- 5 oz strawberry Greek yogurt (I used Chobani brand)
- 1 ½ cups Cool Whip whipped topping
- Optional - 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped mint leaves
Instructions
- Add the diced strawberries, ¼ cup sugar, lemon zest and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Gently toss to coat. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
