Do you know someone who loves to cook, especially with wine (while drinking it or using it for the recipes, 😉)? Well then the California Wines Wine Country Table Cookbook is for them (or you, or both!)

When you think of wine, what is the first thing that comes to mind? For me, Napa Valley, California comes to mind, because that is where the majority of wine seems to come from.

Of course that is where the Wine Country Table Cookbook comes from. In this book, you will find out more about 23 wineries and farms and enjoy 50 plus fabulous recipes that celebrate California's sustainable harvest as well as helpful wine pairing suggestions.

I must say that I am looking forward to traveling to California next year and visiting some of these wineries and farms. We are members of Harvest Hosts where we get to spend a night in our RV at many of these amazing places.

About the Cookbook

I am looking to forward to trying out some of these recipes, like the Old Fashioned Chocolate Sheet Cake with Bing Cherry Sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking of it.

Another that I can't wait to try is the Brussel Sprouts with Brown Butter and Tarragon. There are many more but it would take me too long to list them all.
