Make delicious twice baked potatoes in the air fryer with this easy recipe.
We love Twice Baked Potatoes. However, I don't love turning on the oven and heating up the house (or in our case, the RV) to make them. With that being said, I was thrilled when I found out I could make Air Fryer Twice Baked Potatoes.
And it's so easy that you'll be making them all the time. Now my problem is that I'm going to need another Air Fryer because I pretty much use my Ninja Foodi for everything.Check out our other Potato Recipes:

How to Make a Baked Potato in the Air Fryer
Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt over the skin.
Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and set to cook at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Flip the potatoes halfway through the cook time.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the basket and allow to cool slightly. Cut a slit in the top of the potatoes and remove the cooked potato from the inside, being careful not to damage the skin.
Place the potato in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add the butter, cream, half the cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Spoon the potato mixture back into the skins and top with remaining cheese.
Return the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees for an additional three to five minutes, until the cheese on top is melted.
Enjoy!
