However, even if you aren’t trying to lose weight and just want to eat healthier, these are the perfect appetizer for that. The Salami Roll Ups is keto friendly and has only 2 Weight Watchers points on all three plans, Blue, Green, and Purple.

These quick and easy 3-ingredient appetizers are gluten free and low carb.

Salami RollUps Recipe

Makes 20 roll-ups

Prep time: 15 minutes

Chill time: 1 hour

Salami Rollups Ingredients

  • Salami
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Banana peppers, finely chopped

How to Make Salami Roll Ups Appetizer

Place the salami in a flat layer, creating 3 rows of four slices.

Spread half the cream cheese over the salami and top with half the banana peppers on top of the cream cheese.

Tightly roll the meat and cheese and wrap in plastic wrap.

Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

Chill both rolls for at least one hour, then slice the rolls to create the pinwheels.

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup banana peppers, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the salami in a flat layer, creating 3 rows of four slices.
  2. Spread half the cream cheese over the salami and top with half the banana peppers on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Tightly roll the meat and cheese and wrap in plastic wrap.
