Slow Cooker Spaghetti Casserole Recipe
You wouldn't think of making a spaghetti casserole in a slow cooker. However, when you are Full Time RVing, you want to keep the condensation and heat down inside especially when in Florida.
It was kind of like why do people make Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs? And the answer I came up with was, don't knock it till you've tried it. ❤️It's been 85 here all week (yes, it's February in Florida) and the air conditioners run constantly already. So if it's a recipe I can throw together without creating heat, it's a no brainer for me.

How to Make Spaghetti Casserole in the Slow Cooker
Combine the spaghetti sauce and ground beef in a large bowl.
Spray the bowl of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use crockpot liners and spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the crock.
Break ⅓ of the spaghetti noodles in half and lay them in a single layer on top of the sauce.
Top the noodles with another layer of sauce, ⅓ of the cream cheese, and ¼ of the cheese.
Continue layering until all the ingredients have been used, reserving ¼ of the cheese for later.
Cook on low for four hours, then remove the lid and carefully stir the ingredients to combine the cheese, sauce, and pasta.
Top with remaining cheese and place the lid back on the slow cooker. Cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese on top is melted.
