Chicken Skewers Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
- Andouille sausage, sliced
- Red bell pepper, cut into squares
- Green bell pepper, cut into squares
- Red onion, cut into squares
- Olive oil
- Creole seasoning
- Kabob sticks

How to Make Chicken Kabobs in the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Add the ingredients to the kabob sticks, layering one slice of bell pepper, one slice of onion, one piece of chicken, and one slice of sausage.

Continue adding layers until the stick is fill, leaving around one inch on the bottom of the stick open to hold the kabob.

Place the kabobs on the lined baking sheet.

Brush with oil.

Sprinkle half the Creole seasoning over the top of the kabobs.

Flip the kabobs and brush with remaining oil. Season with remaining seasoning.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through the cook time, flip the kabobs.

Serve with a side dish and salad.
