Can I Use Regular Carrots

By all means, if you don’t have baby carrots on hand, just peel and slice regular carrots. You will get the same great taste and flavor.

Do I Have to Use Real Maple Syrup

Yes! Imitation syrup doesn’t have nearly as much flavor as real maple syrup does.

Real maple syrup is made from the sap of maple trees, while imitation maple syrup is made from corn starch, water, and artificial flavors.

Not only does real maple syrup taste better, it’s also healthier for you. Imitation syrups are often high in sugar and calories.
