I would not recommend using raw chicken in this pasta casserole or any casserole for that matter, mainly because chicken takes a long time to bake completely through.
You want to be sure it isn't raw and your best bet is to use frozen chicken fingers or even rotisserie chicken.

How to Make the Best Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Spread the chicken strips on a baking sheet in an even layer and top with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until warmed through and crispy.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, strain it from the water and add the pasta sauce. Stir to mix.
Pour the spaghetti into a greased baking dish.
When the chicken is finished cooking, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Spread the chicken evenly over the top of the spaghetti.
