Chicken Parmesan Meatball Crescent Bites Recipe

Meatball Crescent Rolls Ingredients
- Ground chicken
- Bread crumbs
- Egg
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced garlic
- Italian blend seasoning
- Olive Oil for Drizzling
- Crescent roll dough
- Marinara
- Shredded mozzarella
How to Make Pillsbury Stuffed Crescent Rolls
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Mix all meatball ingredients into a medium bowl until well combined. Roll into 2" balls.
3. Place on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temperature is 165.
4. Drizzle Olive oil inside a muffin tin
and wipe with paper towel
to grease cups.
5. Open crescent dough separate into individual crescents. Use hands to flatten each into a circle. Press into muffin tin.
To assemble the meatball bites:
1. Layer a sprinkle of mozzarella, scoop of sauce, add a meatball, top with a little more sauce and cheese.
2. Bake for 15 minutes or until crescent is golden and set.
TIP* these freeze well! Make double batches and save for a holiday party.

- 12oz Ground chicken
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- Egg
- ¼ cup finely diced Onion
- teaspoon Salt
- tsp Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- Italian blend seasoning 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil for Drizzling
- 2 canisters Crescent roll dough
- Marinara
- Cup Shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.

I normally heat them in the air fryer. But I would heat them in the oven after thawing. However, if you are camping without an oven or air fryer, thaw first and then wrap in aluminum foil and heat over the campfire on an indirect flame or grill.
