Instant Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches
With the big game coming up, there will be get togethers where you'll have to plan the menu or bring something with you. The Instant Pot Pulled Pork sliders is what you want to make when feeding a hungry crowd. The pork shoulder comes out so tender when cooked under pressure and melts in your mouth.
Pork shoulder goes by many names, including Pork Butt and Boston Butt. This is the most common cut used for pulled pork because of its fat content. The fat makes for extremely tender, sweet and juicy roast meat.
Even if you aren't having a get together, these sandwiches make for great leftovers. You'll have lunch for work, after school snack for the kids, and you can even switch it up and make some tacos with it.
