The Instant Pot Pulled Pork sliders is what you want to make when feeding a hungry crowd. The pork shoulder comes out so tender when cooked under pressure and melts in your mouth.

Pork shoulder goes by many names, including Pork Butt and Boston Butt. This is the most common cut used for pulled pork because of its fat content. The fat makes for extremely tender, sweet and juicy roast meat.
