With only 4 ingredients, there's no pre planning for this dinner. With so many options once they are done. You can eat them as is with a loaf of crusty Italian bread, pop them on a sub roll, or even top a spaghetti dish with them. Whichever way you choose to eat them, your family will want them again and again.
Easy Skillet Italian Meatball Parmesan Ingredients
- Italian meatballs (or if you're trying to cut down on calories, try our Air Fryer Chicken Meatballs)
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Roasted garlic
Making Meatballs in a Cast Iron Pan Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place meat balls in your cast iron skillet trying to keep them in only one layer and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove your cast iron pan with your meatballs and now pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs making sure it is evenly coated.
Cover the meatballs with the mozzarella cheese and and with the caramelized garlic.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted with a slight brown hue on the cheese edges.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

- 2 bags of Mozzarella cheese, 8oz each
- ¼ cup of roasted garlic
