Oreo Cookies and Cream Poke Cake Recipe
Cookies and cream are one of my favorite flavor combinations. So I was really excited to try this Cookies and Cream Oreo Poke Cake recipe.
The cake turned out to be just as delicious as I hoped! It's perfect for parties or any other special occasion.
It's topped with whipped cream and Oreos, so it's sure to please even the most discerning of palates.
You want to make sure they're big enough so that the cookies and cream filling can seep in, but not so big that the cake falls apart.
Also, be careful not to overcook the cake - it should be moist and fluffy, not dry and crumbly.

- Cookies & Cream pudding mix ( 4 oz )
- Whole milk
- Oreos, crushed

How to Make an Oreo Cookies and Cream Poke Cake
Bake your chocolate cake as directed on the box.
Bake the cake in a 9x13 pan.
Let the cake cool before proceeding.
Once the cake has cooled for a minimum of 30 minutes begin the filling.
Take the end of a wooden spoon and poke holes throughout the cake.
Take the can of sweetened condensed milk and pour it all over the cake making sure to pour the most in the holes.
In a bowl add your dry pudding mix with ½ cup milk and whisk to combine.
Now stir in whipped topping until well combined.
Take 10 Oreos and place them in a zip lock bag and seal.
Crush your Oreos using a rolling pin and smashing the Oreos.
Now add your crushed Oreos to your whipped topping.
Stir gently until everything is mixed, then spread on the cake.
Now crush the remaining Oreos for the topping.
Pipe whipped topping onto cake.
Top with remaining crushed Oreo cookies.
Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
Cut and serve. Enjoy!

- 1 can sweeten condensed milk ( 14 oz )
- 1 box Cookies & Cream pudding mix ( 4 oz )
- ½ cup whole milk
- 20 Oreos, crushed
- 1 tub whipped topping ( 8 oz )
Instructions
