- Be sure you grab the can of sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk. 🙄 Trust me on this one!
- Swap out the dark chocolate for white chocolate or milk chocolate. I do this when making it for my husband because he is not a fan of dark chocolate.

How to Make Peppermint Fudge
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, watching carefully to make sure the milk doesn’t boil over.
Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Return to the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir vigorously until the milk and chocolate are thoroughly combined.
Pour into a parchment paper-lined 8x8 pan
and spread in an even layer.
Top with crushed peppermint candy.
Press the candy lightly into the fudge.
Allow sitting at room temperature for at least 4 hours or in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
Cut into one-inch pieces.
