Smoked Salmon Spinach Dip
Since it is just the two of us, I made a small portion of the Smoked Salmon Spinach Dip. However, it can be easily doubled for a bigger crowd. It makes the perfect appetizer especially for the upcoming Lent season. Thankfully, the seafood we used for these recipes came in the Vital Choice Starter Box, delivered right to our door. This is perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner along with the other recipes listed below.
We followed with the Instant Pot Fish Chowder, Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Salmon and finished with a slice of Instant Pot Cheesecake. Yum!
