How Spicy is Buffalo Chicken
The best thing about this recipe is that it's so versatile. Because you are in control of how much Frank's RedHot Sauce you add, you can make it super spicy or not at all spicy.
If you have a household like my husband and I, he loves things as hot as they can get.
I on the other hand was always made fun of by my kids (and they still do) because I like my wings with just butter, lol.
Buffalo Chicken Cups Variations
This recipe can be served hot or cold. We were going on a pontoon boat tie out and I needed to bring a finger food that I would be able to pass around.
In order to serve these warm, make them as directed, and instead of placing them in the refrigerator, place them in a 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes.
Substitute rotisserie chicken for the canned chicken or even use shredded chicken.

How To Make Mini Buffalo Chicken Bites
Start by draining the cans of chicken breast.
Mix cream cheese with blue cheese together.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
Dump in drained chicken breast and mix together.
Pour in Frank's RedHot Sauce and mix well.
Pipe into phyllo cups.
Top with a dab of blue cheese.
Add chopped celery to the top.
Chill until ready to serve.
