How to Make a Simple Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Stir together 1 ½ cups of crushed Oreos and the butter in a medium bowl.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of three square silicone trays. Place in the freezer and freeze until hardened, around 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
Stir in the remaining crushed Oreos.
Pipe the mixture over the top of the frozen crust and return the tray to the freezer. Freeze until solid, around 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until melted.
Remove the cheesecake from the molds and dip it in the melted chocolate.
Allow to set and harden, then drizzle with white chocolate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
