- Pork shoulder butt
- Chicken broth
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Parsley
- Dried oregano
- Cayenne pepper
- BBQ sauce

How to Make BBQ Pork
Trim the pork but of excess fat and place it in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Pour the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar over the top of the meat.
Combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, and cayenne pepper and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the meat.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for six hours or low for 12 hours.
When the cook time is up, remove the meat from the slow cooker and use a fork to shred it.
Remove most of the liquid from the slow cooker, leaving around one cup. Place the meat back in the bowl and add the BBQ sauce. Stir to coat.
Place the lid back on the slow cooker and allow to simmer for 10 minutes before serving.

- 3 to 4 pounds pork shoulder butt
- Cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon each: black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, & dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Bottle BBQ sauce
Instructions
