How to Make Queso Blanco Dip
Spray the bowl of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut the Velveeta into cubes and place in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Top the cheese with the tomatoes and green chilies.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set to cook on low for at least one hour.
After one hour, remove the lid and stir to mix the melted cheese and tomatoes together.
Serve immediately or set the slow cooker to keep warm until ready to serve.
